At PES Music Merch, we partner with a print-on-demand service to fulfill and ship your orders directly. This means that each item is custom printed and shipped once your order is placed. We do not hold inventory or handle shipping directly.
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. This timeframe allows our print-on-demand partner to create your custom items with care.
- Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Time:
- Once your order is processed, shipping times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
- Economy shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the continental United States and is offered for FREE on all orders.
- Standard shipping is 2-5 business days and Express is 2-3 business days. Both Standard and Express options will incur a charge as listed in the shipping rates section.
- Orders are offered for the USA only at this time.
Shipping Rates:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders via the Economy shipping option.
- Standard shipping is $4.75
- Express shipping is $7.99
